Attention:

 

1. We will install the nut on the screw in advance. There are some steel balls inside the nut, please don't remove it from the ball screw. Otherwise, those steel balls will fall out and hard to put them back.
2. Maintenance: customers may lubricate the ball screw with hydraulic carbon oil, what we also called No.46 machine oil.

Accuracy Grade C7: with bearing fits less than 0.03 mm so that the actuator rod doesn't wiggle so much when operating.	Power Saving: Excellent overall performance, considering it saves power. Meanwhile, it yields higher mechanical efficiency than traditional Acme alternatives.	Mute Operation: The CNC linear rail kit bears very little sliding friction between the nut and screw. Thus, downtime for maintenance and parts replacement is cut, as well as the lubricating demand.
